Bought Lumen8 fog lights from Krista and have had them for 2 years with no problems . Before I installed them I put silicone sealant around the areas where...
Before I installed the Lumen8 fog lights, I noticed that the seals around the wires entering the housing were loose. I put some silicone sealer around these and have not had a water intrusion problem -- over a year now .
They are holding up well. Before I installed them, i added some silicone sealer around the wire entry points to the fog light housing to prevent water intrusion. The only problem I see is they are currently out of stock and may be hard to replace.

There is definitely a temperature sensing feature to 4A. I noticed at temperatures of 32 or below , power distribution is almost always to all 4 wheels. At higher temperatures, the power distribution to the front wheels is only up to about 30 mph and then at higher speeds almost all power goes...
Thanks for the heads-up. After seeing this I removed the plastic covers, sprayed the seams and the entire reservoir with CRC Rust Inhibitor. It dries to a non-sticky costing. I put the plastic cover back after it dried.
If you have to make a left turn on a busy two lane road, cars are traveling at the rate of 70-90 feet per second. A delay of a fraction to one second caused by ASS can cause a hazardous situation .
Importantly , the ASS can also be dangerous. The slight delay in getting the engine started can result in accidents. I almost was in a bad accident as I was trying to turn onto a busy street because the car delayed power delivery due to the ASS.
After that horrible experience I made sure that...
I have 21 Bronco OB 2.7 SAS. I waited a long time to get it and have had for 2 years now. I had high expectations for it and after owning it, it exceeded my expectations in the following areas:
- Highly reliable with no problems
- Much better gas mileage than I thought -- can get up to 24 mpg...
I have been impressed recently with the great parts and accessories offerings and prices from Buckle Up Offroad.
- Recently ordered a set of the Bronco Raptor-style fog lamps. Their price was the best at only $120, and they came quickly, provided detailed instructions including a personalized...
Don't give up on it yet. After waiting for almost as long as you, my OB Squatch finally was delivered last month. All my concerns about being a good daily driver were resolved:
- Gas mileage is much better than I expected. With the 2.7 it consistently gets around 20 mpg and can get 22 mpg if you...
Stamford Ford does not charge over MSRP when you place an order with them (for used Broncos or those in their inventory they may charge over sticker but recent vehicles I have seen are at msrp). They have great service and would highly recommend them.
A few questions that I cant find an answer to:
1. Does traction control include both reduced engine power and application of the brakes to the spinning wheel occur ( limited slip effect) transferring power to the wheels with more traction?
2. If you turn traction control off, does the limited...
I have been studying the details of the GOAT modes and 4WD options. I noticed that traction control is only automatically turned off when 4L is selected even when in Sand or Mud/Ruts mode. Apparently you must remember to turn off traction control when using 4H (especially in sand) -- even...
The 35s/Sasquatch package and the modular steel front bumper are two must haves after seeing this video. The two Broncos without these look tame in comparison.
