My attorney basically said the same about small claims court - it might be the only way to go. Hate to say it but the quicker you file might increase the chances you get paid before they run out of $$$. They might pay the first few judgements.......

Also lost on this deal ordered one right when the ordering day opened. Too late for credit card help even if I didnt get my money I would get some satisfaction of seeing this company go out of business but they would probably just file bankruptcy and stay in business with out any of us getting...
