Same thing happened to me recently, turning on 4x4 on an icy road gives me the Wrench icon and says 'service vehicle immediately' but disapears when i cycle the power.
I have the tune on my base 2.3 10A non/s with 33"s. I would say the gains are very noticeable and you feel a much greater torque at a low rpm. Its made the engine much more responsive and the transmission compliments the power with its optimal shifting. When you get up to 5-6k rpm it doesnt feel...
yeah you definitely have to do your research before slapping any tire on. driving nearly 3 years and 50,000 kms with these tires and they run like a dream.
I have the same setup on my base with 33" Duratrac Wranglers. needed no lift or any mods, they fit on the 16" steelies just fine. probably the best bang for your buck setup for a Bronco.
back in 23 I got the Bronco base w/no Sas. Added the 33"s just like Budget Bronco. I get asked a lot if I have the sasquatch package haha. Dealership told me they wouldnt fit on the rims but here we are.
If your interested in adding bigger tires, I put 285/75/r16 (33") Wrangler Duratracs on mine and didnt need to do any mods. I have over 50k kms and no issues so far.
