In parallel, I'm trying to use the CY25 window as leverage to see what pricing I can get on a 23 Wildtrak. I found a few in my range out of state and seeing what my local dealer can do to pull them in so I don't have to do the legwork myself.
Thanks, seems like that was the case as I researched over the weekend.
1) What specifically does V2 mod top refer to?
2) What is the shadow black top I read about?
Argh. That makes the search all the more frustrating when you can't be sure that a vehicle is actually available. But I do get trying to get eyes on the dealer as they are all trying to make a buck.
Unfortunately not in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. There was one HEL 2 door in my local dealer for $84K. But other than that, no standard HE in all of the state. I also created a search alert the order day in cars.com w/ my desired package, no luck so far.
PRO TIP: In the Ford search...
Defaulted here because I'm one of those that couldn't order a minimally optioned HE last Wednesday at my local dealer.
I'm aware that the window opens in a few days and it's unclear whether the HE is even an option anymore. Barring that, what's the closest set up that could be built with...
Thanks all. Yeah, after digging deep, it did seem that the HE was a decently priced package over the HEL. W/ so many options, I can see them trimming it down. For me, I didn't see the value of going up to the HEL, especially in the Bay Area where the markups are ridiculous. My local dealer...
Thanks for confirming that. Do you mean to say that the started Heritage may not be available at all any more (which I fear) OR that the HE isn't confirmed to start in 5 days but might be later?
Hello all, aspiring owner here. I finally decided on my Heritage 4 door build and tried to order last week at the dealer and no go. Reading here confirms that window closed.
Will the window open back up for MY24? I asked the dealer and he guesstimated window opens beginning November but I’m...
Granger Ford in IA? I've actually been in that area once. We did a football recruiting visit to Grinnell. I'm not specifically a city boy but man, that place is in the middle of nowhere.
Sweet lord, that's the cheapest Raptor I've seen.
1) Does 'Manual Convertible Top' mean soft-top?
2) Would a dealer install a tow hitch on a 2023?
3) Way more options if I went soft top 2023. How hard is it to change that to hard top? Advised?
Yeah, I'm trying to reel myself in and not get caught up in excitement. All valid points if I can find a '23 with the right packaging and price point. There are some to find out there if I'm willing to forego a Heritage (which I am) and somewhat flexible on color as long as it's not black or...
I know. I'm trying. I'm wondering if I should bother w/ a manual 4 cyl on the larger 4 door or just go w/ the automatic. I may need to go back and drive both to compare but I definitely don't want it to feel sluggish.
I've also found a few local '23 Raptors below MSRP. Hmm.
