I did Sheeps Bridge a few weeks back, the last 15 miles were a bit more technical, some great views. Temps were 110-120F in the outback, so ensure you have a GMRS and extra water. AZ is not forgiving. This site has piles of trails. https://azoffroad.net/verde-river-sheep-bridge

Imagine the idea was introduced by the starter motor manufactures so they can increase the starter replacement business. I personally hate it, but happy it turns off when in 4x4 mode.
