I was thinking that the APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module) might be defective. IIRC, the APIM controls Sync, navigation, etc. Hopefully a different dealer is able to help you out.
Have you addressed this issue with your dealer? Might need a software update, or maybe it’s a bad unit?
Had a similar issue in my wife’s 2018 Exploder Limited. The factory navigation always showed the vehicle icon pointing sideways, and when using Waze, the GPS speed was inaccurate. A...
Crystal,
Please add an additional tally mark to your list of people wanting a fully convertible soft top for their two door Broncos. I’ve had Bestop products on my last two Jeeps, and was very happy with your company’s work.

My Bronco is the first vehicle I’ve owned with a headlight indicator in the dash display that indicates the headlights are on. With my past...
check the headlight connector plug to see if it’s completely connected/seated. Unplug the connector and make sure none of the pins are bent or broken. An application of dielectric grease won’t hurt. If the issue persists, it could be a defective headlight assembly. The rapid in-dash indicator...

Is the actual left-turn turn signal doing the rapid blink, or is it just the in-dash indicator rapid blinking?
Months prior, I had installed LED trail markers onto my BD. Hours after an OTA system update, I noticed that the DLR’s would activate and stay on when the doors were locked and/or unlocked, the headlights and high beams were inoperable, and the left-turn signal indicator in the dash would...
In addition to @DarthLincoln’s hair dryer recommendation, you can also try spraying the headlight connectors with WD-40. Throughly dry out the connectors, then apply dielectric grease before reconnecting. Also check to see if you have any DTC’s present.
