For any one needing who came upon this, i put it on LOW level and redid gain match/key sweep, and functioning as it should. Not sure why the button wouldn’t be pressed in for hi level since on the amplified side of the b&o amp, but it is what it is. thanks everyone for trying to help!

So I checked the harness going to the amplifier, and I have voltage present on the purple and black wires, no voltage at the green and yellow. 1. Isn't this backwards? 2. Could this be the reason the key isn't setting the gain appropriately?

That’s what I don’t understand, as plenty of people in that 50pg full install have said they have used it. When you say front door, do you mean dash or kick panel?

I have the button pushed in for hi input if that is what you are referencing.
