I have only removed the spare so far. Had my 4-way lug wrench handy and used it. I'm glad I read this post or I would not have realized the stock lug wrench may not work with the ring in place. Guess I'll keep a 4 way lug in the Bronco for now.

Looks like the Ford Brand wheel lock. I purchased a set from Ford Parts. Ford service departments likely have the key to remove your lock, if not, a Bronco owner near you.
