I have a fairly new 2024 and have the same problem. Both the lower USB ports and the dash mounted ports do not work. I called my local dealership and scheduled an appointment but they are weeks out. Wondering if anyone ever discovered the root cause of why this seems to be somewhat common?

Yes MY 24 has the harness pre-wired into the vehicle so it’s not included in the kit. The harness is part of the cost increase for MY24 vehicle price.

Yes, I followed the instructions other posted in this thread using FORSCAN. That enabled the tow screen to show up under features.

The dealer should have done it correctly but I’d be happy to get on a call with you and go module by module and check the changes that I made that somehow caused the tow feature to appear. I did not alter the tow mode you are showing in the picture. I think that is only for Raptor ‘s but not sure.

I just checked my Bronco key fob key and it appears to be uncut

Holding the power button and FF together is your friend to fix CarPlay issues like no volume, won't connect, etc. It's very irritating for a modern car/truck.

I just ordered the OBD2 Forscan adapter so I'll be trying to enable the tow settings using Forscan as well on a 2024MY.

Can anyone confirm if Forscan works for MY24 Bronco's? I read through the posts and only saw one reference to someone doing something on a 2024 Bronco. According to the Forscan website it doesn't work for MY24 Ford's. Is that just a standard discalimer until they do more testing?

Does anyone know if you can just order the trailer electronics module seperately or just as part of the kit that comes with the hitch?
