If this HVAC one sticks around I'll just drop it at the dealer and have them fix the seat at the same time 🤣
Let me know about the ProCal, I may do the same thing if I get bored.
Yeah, I do, and wouldn't ya know... no PCM update on my completed list. Just ECG, SYNC, 22-PU1010-MIL-LT, and SiriusXM.
HVAC still showing pending though for me.

That reminds me, I did the HVAC control swap on my 22 to digital...I think it came from a 21. it appears to be working fine, everything works, but I did get an error when attempting to load my HVAC asbuilt into the new one...Wonder if it's a SW mismatch (?) if so could that cause future update...
Wonder if I could be a firmware issue? Older HVAC unit (21), no idea of its history.
However, I will say that after a few days of use now, it's working 100% as I'd expect. So 🤷♂️
I checked my original asbuilt data for the hvac module, it was written correctly to the saved file.
I manually typed in the changes, still received the same error. Access Denied writing Block #1. 😥
I just went through the swap process, had an issue with FORscan but the new unit works...so 🤷♂️

Look under both "Instrument Cluster (see also Speedo)", and "Speedometer (see also Instr. Cluster)", as the junk yard could choose either one when they post it.
Keep an eye on car-part.com -- this is where I found mine...we'll (sadly) start seeing more 2025s in junk yards as time goes on. For reference I picked mine up for $350/shipped, it had 825 miles on it.
