Meh. I had a 96 stock Dodge Ram and a 99 XJ with 5.5” lift that had the wobble. The Ram I fixed with a dual stabilizer and the XJ I never got around to solving. Stock they’re ok generally. I’ve put 2.5” inch springs on my parents JKs and JLs that never had a problem. The issue is real but are...
I don’t think eco mode will do you much good. I get as good or better fuel mileage in sport mode. More rpms but less boost and better throttle response. It may be aggressive from the start but as it learns your driving habits it will calm down. You may not have sport on your Badlands though. If...
I think a Scrambler would be cool to have out there but I don’t want the Wrangler platform to go IFS, and I think it would be ridiculous them to be $70k+. I think Wrangler should alway stay SFA. I believe there’s a place for it even though the Bronco is a great off roader built the way they are...
The Bronco did just fine. The last time I had been up to Goose Lake was on 4-wheelers with my Dad, grandpa, and uncle in 02 a couple weeks before going to boot camp. I’d been wanting to drive up there for a while and was able to take the wife and kids last summer. On the way back down two...
That makes sense, just make sure to find a size closest to the others and should be ok. It seems like you did that research already. You could just do a spare tire delete and roll that way unless you find yourself getting a lot of flats in those 15 miles.
This one ought to be good. Definitely don’t use the stock base size tire for any distance. You can find the closest size and make that work but I don’t understand not just keeping the spare your Bronco came with.
I’m not too familiar with the wiring but aren’t there a couple wires that run to the back? They probably wanted to make a simple harness that didn’t include running wires to the back of the Bronco and maybe up to the top of the windshield.
2024, noticed cracks around rear windows on both sides at around 12k miles. I just rolled over 20k last week and they’ve gotten a little bigger. I took it to the dealer a couple times and they took pictures and supposedly submitted a claim but they don’t call me back. May have to try another dealer.
Do your rear tires rub anywhere? It looks good but they seem to be stuffed in there pretty good.
I’ve thought about putting Eibach springs on and the “small” 37” BFGs on my Wildtrak with Hoss 3.0. I’m sure there’s more needed for absolute clearance but I don’t go too hard and think I’d be ok...
