Those are ARB rock sliders bolted to the frame. I don't see any of those strips sticking out on the other side. Yup, happens on my 24 badlands when I start her up in the morning and start driving through the neighborhood. Seems to stop once she warms up because I don't hear it when I'm driving through the company lot.
