Sorry to say I had to take the grill off. But before going that far (if I remember correct) there's two wires I would do a continuity check on those extensions and make sure there is not a short in the extinction.

Also, be careful with the fiber optic for the camera. Mine goes in and out at times. Just a little twist and snug it up fixes it.
