Hmm... That could be it, the USB plug. I had a shop swap it out I didn't do it myself. Sounds like that's a separate plug that they might not have done? Can that be checked without taking the dash apart? That's the part I don't trust myself doing. Thanks for the help too!

Nope. Tried several different USB sticks. They all do the same thing. It’s like it’s scanning it for media files. Nothing ever comes up about updating or progress bar or anything. mine was also shipped with a default name. They sent me a file to change the name and it did the same exact thing...

I got the same update via email. I can’t seem to get the update to install though. I have both files on a USB stick and when I put it in the port I get the message “”UPDATE detected’. Then “indexing UPDATE complete”. Then nothing happens. Not sure what is going on. I do have automatic updates...
