Dallas Custom Steering Wheel. Took about a week to complete. They can add anything you want to the wheel....thicker, thumb holds, center stripe. They are pretty up front with you on the impact of the heating of the wheel before you send it to them (meaning it might not feel as hot as it did)...

Not sure but I think at the very least you would need a new clock spring with the heated steering wheel option.

I ended up replacing it with the stock wheel but had a wrap put on it. It did effect the level of warmth felt in the wheel but I use alcantara so it wasn't bad on cold mornings. It felt warm at best

Could you just go into Forscan and enable those modes yourself? What do you think of the gauges? Is it worth the effort and money? I'd be interested in what your thoughts are after it is all said and done.

Negative.....Your customer service is right on. Never had an issue with getting a response - no matter when I contacted you. For those of you considering ditch lighting - buy from 4X4TruckLEDs.com. Oracle Lighting - I would think twice then avoid.

Tried that and have yet to heard anything back from custom service as the initial "you pay for shipping" response. How long does it normally take to get a response?
