Definitely ordered with the knowledge I would have to wait. My biggest issue is how insanely bad the customer service is. The fact they have given me false timelines 3 separate times and just don't respond anymore for the price we pay is insane.

I ordered the Magnum Stirrups from them on November 13th, 2023. They kept signaling delays but were at least responding to my emails. Lately, I have asked for additional updates after they said they would ship in the next couple weeks... that was in late May and they have ignored any follow up...

I'm in the same boat. Ordered November 11th. Followed up in February and actually got a response saying 7-8 weeks. Followed up again May 10th and then 23rd when they didn't respond to the 10th. Was told 2-3 weeks at that point. Here I am, still waiting. 🙃 Order #8847
