    Mine does the same thing and has since it was new. So I don’t think it’s the key pad I think it’s ford programming. Sure wish it could be fixed.

    Is the weight recommendations for the rack or the top itself ? Found a aftermarket rack that says it holds more but if the top is not want hold it it’s useless.
