  1. Why so many used Wildtraks?

What someone said about people thinking they were a soft/cushy type family vehicle. And, drum roll please, they just can’t afford them. My dealer said not uncommon for $1,200+/month payments for people buying Bronco’s. He’s seen plenty of $1,500/month payments recently.
  2. R.I.P. Raptor - 12/2022-9/2023

Put it in a giant pit of rice. All good…..:p(y)
  3. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

Go back and read little further back in this thread. Use the suggested number given by a member. It’s a 2,6xx range number. Your numbers are too high (regardless of the calculator you used, that number doesn’t translate to Forscan/Ford).
  4. [CLOSED] GIVEAWAY: DIY Windshield Protection Film Kit (exoshield) for your Ford Bronco!

Almost 2K miles and couple very minor chips. These windshields are about as bad as Jeep windshields (still thinks there’s are worse due to the steeper angle they have). Crossing my fingers I don’t have to replace mine anytime soon šŸ¤ž
  5. FORScan Bronco Working Spreadsheet (double honk, sport mode, chimes, seatbelts, and more!)

Ok, just to reiterate. Forscan DOES NOT eliminate auto start/stop on ā€˜23 Broncos. It will temporarily stop it, but as I found out, it’s not permanent. Just start/stop the vehicle a few times and/or go between different GOAT modes, and voila, no workie no mo, LOL. Just wanted to put this out...
  6. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

I have the same tires. What a pain to balance.
  7. Chalk test

My MT Baja Boss AT's (37x12.5x17) sweet spot is 32/33. You're not going too low. I called and spoke with MT (very helpful btw) and they did calculations based on old tire load rating/size, vehicle weight, new tire size (37's), etc and said for me to "start" at 33 psi. Haven't chalk tested and...
  8. ICON Tie Rod Ends

Yep. I’m just mechanically inclined to begin with and figured out the orientation without the instructions. Wrenching on hot rods and such teaches ya to use the force sometimes (that inner knowledge, wrist torque wrench for quite a bit of things, etc, etc) :p(y)
  9. ICON Tie Rod Ends

Mine were correct (L is passenger and R is driver side). See attached pic of instructions showing orientation/location each goes. Just did mine. Worked fine and needed an alignment afterward (to answer someone else’s questions about that).
  10. Let’s discuss hand washing. What tricks of the trade do y’all have?

Hell yes it does, LOL. Just lays there in a dust layer like almost instantly (goes to show how much is kicked up while driving).
  11. Let’s discuss hand washing. What tricks of the trade do y’all have?

My method (simple). No fancy foam cannons involved, lol. 1) Shade, never in the direct sunlight (water spots). As little wind as possble, but can still do it with light winds. 2) Quality soap (I like Ethos Ceramic soap, just my preference) 3) Waffle Weave or good quality real cotton towels...
  12. Bout had it with Ford

Completely agree. I love my Bronco. Although, I got to disliking Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, Honda for reasons similar to what OP mentioned. All brands have their share of issues. Also, it's hit or miss depending on things so random (like when/where particular vehicles are assembled and just random...
  13. Show me your broncos on 37’s…

I would say they balanced good. Not perfect by any means (VERY slight wiggle in steering wheel at higher/freeway speeds). Couple took a little bit of weight (meaning two rows of weights side by side, something I’m not used to). They are 37’s and heavy, so I’ll give em a chance. The overall ride...
  14. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

Worked like a charm! My speedo is maybe .5 mph off, which is so minimal that I don’t even care. No DTCā€˜s stored either. All in all, worked well. Thanks to all that contributed to this thread, very helpful.

  17. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

Going to be doing this on my Bronco tomorrow (adding 37's). Just to verify, do what Step 3 has typed out, but Step 5 skip PCM relearn-all-adaptations and instead do "PCM Module initialization/relearn vehicle data" instead? Yes, I have the latest Forscan, just want to be clear on the latest...
