The worse part is that my Husband works on fords for a living. He said he has never seen anything like this. Neither has anyone he works with. He was ready to glue it. I told him to wait and see what others have to say about it. Either way it will get fixed and reported at some point.

Okay..so had anyone else had this happen before? Went to go into the back and was confused as to why it wouldn’t stay open. Do I just superglue and call it a day? I have to wait until Monday to bring to the dealership.
