I ended up never using them, still in the bag right now. I went ahead and upgraded to RCV axles when I did my Baja Kits install. So never pulled the originals apart and just sold them as OEM.
I am looking into it yes. Tried finding a company to partner with, no luck so far, going to work on getting some quotes next. Little to big to make more in my little shop as you saw in the video, but I am going to explore what options are out there. Will focus on the aluminum first, but agree...
Just a quick 1 minute video of the transformation with the Baja Kits Pre-Runner kit and King Shocks. Link below to my full build thread if you want to read more detail or see the full install video...
Baja Kits Pre-runner package for the Bronco!
Tried to keep this video focused on some of the details that were not in the Baja Kits video of this install and package information. I go through all the parts and pieces that come with the Baja Kits Pre-Runner Package and how the Upper Control Arms...
In the month or so they have been on they have done fine. Washed a couple of times and still look good. Since these completely cover the hinges, and bolt to the hinges, I don’t think you could use these with the tube doors.
Finally had a chance to edit the video for the Whipple Mega Cooler install as well as modifying the fittings from AFE. If you are trying to use the AFE Hot and Cold Charge Pipes with your Whipple Mega Cooler, check that they fit before you get started.
Overall the install for this Mega Cooler...
Finally posting the video of the Whipple Mega Cooler install. I was able to modify the AFE parts to fit just fine. Will get the AFE charge pipes video posted hopefully next week. I really appreciate your heads up on this, I was prepared thanks to you.
Take them off each time. But they are just held on with the quick release hardware you need to bold the hardtop back on with. So just pull out the 4 quick release, pull them off and put your hard top back on. Other than storing them, should not add anytime to your hardtop removal/install.
I finally had a chance to tackle making some Bed Rails. I made mine out of Aluminum since I was not a fan of the plastic ones available either. I posted a full video with details over on my build thread - link a the end if interested. But here a couple pics of how mine came out...
Wanted a cleaner look when the hard top was off. I have seen several other posts with people looking for a nice finished Bed Rail and thought I would give it a try. This was a large project for my tiny machine shop, and ended up being mostly manual.
I started with ½" aluminum plate 5" wide...
I finally had a chance to get mine built. Here are a couple pics and a link to the full details over on my build thread. Did not want to post the video again here. I also modified my Bimini to wrap on this new crossbar and cover the back section...
Saw someone else make a crossbar to fully secure the front roof panels and finally had a chance to get mine completed. Not a requirement, I ran with the front panels without it for months but I like having it. Also, it gave me a way to modify the soft canvas Bimini top. I now run the front...
Thanks! We are loving it. Just finished making some aluminum Tub Covers/Bed Rails for when the top is off and a cross bar for extra clamping for the Front Roof Panels when the top is off. Will get those posted soon and some under the hood mods. Stay tuned!
Pebbles Gets Some Lighting! We installed both Diode Dynamics and Oracle Lighting products to take our Bronco’s lighting game to the next level!
We added Diode Dynamics Stage Series Fog Pocket Pro kit and their Stage Series SS3 Backlit Ditch Kit. We also installed Oracle Lightings Illuminated...
Took about 90 minutes to install this AWE Cat Back Exhaust on our 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands. We did that at home with no lift and just a creeper. No trouble getting underneath the Badlands to pull out the old exhaust and get all the new parts installed without a lift.
Love the fit finish...
I love the look of these, and the install was super easy. Not sure the plastic hardware block and mounting design will hold up, but only time will tell.
I would recommend them for the look for sure.
Successfully installed this Underground Graphics Matte Black Stripe on our 2023 Bronco Badlands as a DIY project. Bit of a learning curve but the video from Underground Graphics made it possible.
Total install took us about 1.5 - 2 hours. I would rate this as challenging but doable.

Interesting. Hopefully they can sort that out for you. Could be the order matters and you have to load the files in order? My tune was already loaded and that’s why it shows up first? Like you said the tune may be looking for the new rack? Keep us updated.
