Bought this yakima forever ago and it's really Yeah 4' drop would be plenty. coupler would clear and level is fine with 3' 1/2"..just need to get one. might do that or locknroll. thanks Lucas

tongue of trailer is short and tailgate sadly needs about 1-2 more inches to clear the winch stand when closing it. Lock'n'roll seems ideal..I don't fancy drop hitches or extensions. thanks Ty

I use a 2" drop with my 2021 badlands 4dr 4x4 to trailer a Seadoo that's 960 lbs dry weight (no trailer). The problem is, i'm unable to trailer without taking the spare tire off. Both 2" and 3 1/4" drops do not leave enough room between the coupler and the tire. The tire blocks the coupler...
