Ford Rangers had some problems with the hanger bearing for the drive shaft going bad. I had to have my whole drive shaft replace at 5000 miles on my 20 Ranger, that maybe something to look at.
I accidently left a $30,000 check in my center console when I took my car to South Bay Ford for a recall and after a week I picked up the car and the check was still there, no problem.
Pull your dip stick out and leave it out for a few minutes then put it back in and measure your oil,. I also sand papered the end of the dip stick to make it easier to read.
Try South Bay Ford Lincoln, I bought a 22 Lincoln Corsair and a 23 Bronco that were on the lot with no mark up. I know it's further to drive from Rancho but they are very nice to deal with.
Sunrise lists the MSRP of the Broncos but they also state that it's not the actual selling price. I don't think they are selling them under MSRP I'm sure it the other way.

I also ordered on 3/27/23 just a plain BB 2dr with nothing special and have not heard anything other then the original e-mail from Ford saying they got my order. My dealer had a Bronco coming that I was able to buy for MSRP so everything worked out ok.
