They can determine the colors better than you can in person so you could just ask for the closest to white they have. Here is their thread chart though...

Just recently had custom Katzkin Tuscan Leather Seats installed into the Bronco and I can’t recommend it enough. Definitely makes it more your own and a lot more comfortable on the longer drives.
