Looks great! any tips on getting that pin out. I have a 1/4" center punch, plastic cover is off and no matter which side or how many times or how hard I hit that thing it doesn't budge!

Did you ever figure this out? I just tried installing mine and ran into the same issue, front latch was almost 1” short from being able to close
