Did you install/setup the Procal device on a PC first? If not do those steps. If so, connect back to the PC and it should say if/why actually locked. If still issues I’d call Ford Performance customer support.

and like 30 something pounds I think.
  3. 6,500 road trip in the Bronco, what I learned

The trip mileage counter tracks it.
  4. 6,500 road trip in the Bronco, what I learned

Yes. It keeps revs down and speed changes to slower acceleration. So hills or having to speed back up after a car, etc all stay at lower RPMs and gradual speed changes. It adds up on a long drive.
  5. Please Share Any Experience With Ordering from APG, mine is not going well

just order it from Expedition 1. It’s their bumper and they are great. I love it now that it finally came. Just wish I hadn’t involved APG (outside of the winch mount).
  6. 6,500 road trip in the Bronco, what I learned

It isn't necessarily automatic, but it is a quick dial you can reach and it takes seconds. Any suspension that offers adjustable compression and rebound rates, usually via a knob on the reservoir. The Fox Racing 3.0s I have allow you to adjust both high speed (HSC) and low speed (LSC)...
  7. 6,500 road trip in the Bronco, what I learned

That would be a great trip! Look for a local Bronco club in the area or on one of those stops. I reached out to the Utah club for ideas on my Moab trail and they responded asap. Yeah, I did know that about the WeBoost. It will never give you a signal if you don't have one, only improve a...

For really bumpy ones she would stay with family or friends in town to not rattle the baby in progress around. Either way, she was a trooper!
  9. 6,500 road trip in the Bronco, what I learned

I wish, just love taking pics of this thing, all with my iPhone and then minor edits. Glad you like them! Thanks for saying that!
  10. 6,500 road trip in the Bronco, what I learned

Zero rub, even under full flex, this was a relatively heavy load so riding a but lower than normal (many trials I off loaded as much as I could though before so not full in each pic). After first install I did have minor rubbing in the front to the crash bar mount at wheel lock, but trimming it...

30-Day Road Trip – Fort Worth, TX to Bowen Island, BC and Back This summer I was fortunate enough to take a 30-day road trip from Fort Worth, Texas, to a small island off Vancouver (Bowen Island, BC) and back. I was able to hit up some great trails and off-road experiences along the way too...
  12. Very rough idle when the AC is on? (video in post)

I am so glad to hear it solved it for you! Yeah, it genuinely feels like loose engine mounts the amount of shake it causes, which is why that was not remotely my first guess as to what the issue was.
  13. additional cargo lighting for the 2door hard wire option

Did using that harness not tie it in to the auto on and off that the other light has? Why was a physical switch added?
  14. Very rough idle when the AC is on? (video in post)

Inspect the radiator fans. They run even when AC isn’t on especially in hotter months. Many people notice these issues as it heats up and they run more. Any imbalance will be felt throughout the Bronco.
  15. 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Build

I did all of the suspension and steering upgrades at the same time, so I can’t really isolate what directly contributes to what with all the improvements. It definitely even highway drives better (with being able to adjust suspension) in addition to significant off road improvement.
  16. 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Build

Absolutely love it. They are such a great company and it’s an amazing product. Quieter, more headroom, roof removal is 10x easier and fits in back, way better storage, and looks friggin awesome!

  18. 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Build

Yes, I had to cut the rearward crash bar "mount" (the crashbar is already gone on sasquatch). I bought the Max tire clearance kit to cleanly move the fender out of the way in the rear of the front wheel well cleanly (not 'necessary' but clean). I did not need to use the front portion of the...
