Is the website working? Iv been trying to buy the 10 inch sub enclosures but when trying to add to cart it says access denied. I also can’t find those products on the website unless I use a direct link I found in a thread here
Ya that’s a good idea so think I’ll give that a shot. Some washers should be able to fill the gap and if it’s tight enough it shouldn’t move. Maybe add some adhesive to the surrounding area to help?
That is really annoying. It’s a 3 month old wildtrak and when I told them about the rattle they said they couldn’t get it looked at for like 3 weeks and I’d have to leave it for a few days so I went after it myself. Doesn’t make sense that something being used as intended and breaking wouldn’t...
So I was pulling out my subwoofer to do Kilmatt a while back because I had a bad rattle/vibration. When I got the panel off and was unscrewing the bottom bolts I noticed one was a bit loose and had some play. Didn’t think too much about it but when I was screwing the nut/bolt back on when...
I tried the towel thing, I stuffed the entire compartment with as many towels as I could fit in there but it didn’t really seem to help my problem at all. The kilmat on the other hand solved 99% of it thankfully
Cons:
I somehow sheered off one of the bolts to the sub housing. It’s one of the two big one long ones coming out of the metal that you put the nut and washer in to. I was tightening it up and it just broke through the metal of the bronco. Now Before you ask I am not the hulk so not sure how...
Pros:
Well I got back in there and did the Kilmatt and let me say it sounds awesome now. Fully love the BO system and glad I didn’t have a heatstroke in the Texas sun doing this.
This might be a dumb question but I was wondering what the best goat mode for general off-roading would be? I have a 23 Wildtrak that I got a few weeks ago and will be taking it out for the first time soon and am not sure how much the goat modes really matter. For example if I’m doing general...
I pay attention to that gauge almost too much so I had to switch to another screen because it became not enjoyable. I feel like I have been driving very conservatively to see what I could get my mpg. I got up to like 15 after some highway driving but it’s been going down steadily in the city
Am I the only one who seems to be getting horrible mpg? Almost worse than my 09 jeep. 2023 wildtrak with only 300 miles on it sitting at 13.2 mpg. Id say 80% is city driving in normal mode. Heard possibly sport mode is better mpg? Or maybe it’s still in break in period and will get better...
Ya I was planning on doing the sound deadening but I don’t have a garage so I was running out of daylight. Also didn’t feel like taking the whole sub out because I felt like I had isolated the rattle to inside the actual sub but I could be wrong and it may be behind it. I’ll probably just wait...
I had a sub rattle so I did the towel trick. Made it better but a couple days after the sun started making a rattling noise inside it sounded like. Previously I could tell that the rattle was coming from the trim/enclosure around the sub but now sometimes it seems like there are plastic screws...
Assembly line photo time! Was a little concerned at first because things like the brush guard and the wildtrak graphic aren’t on there but after a mild panic attack I read the next sentence where they say they will be added!
Mine just arrived in Arkansas City Kansas. Took a while to get out of Chicago but once it left fort Madison yesterday it’s been moving quick. Hoping It gets moving again soon and gets to Texas by the end of the weekend
