I switched the post and everything seems to be working fine (I did have to modify the connection ring a little has it has a small piece that juts off the side - I just bent it up so it would fit). Thanks for ya'lls help.

While hooking up a power wire for some trailer lights to the distribution bar on the positive battery terminal, I over torqued the nut on the post (third post from the fuse) and it broke off. I called my local Ford dealership and was told the positive terminal for the batter is on back order...
