I don't have any experiences on Polk audio speakers and Kicker 200.4 so I can only speak hypothetically.
Factory wiring for kick panel and dash is parallel and they are being driven by a single channel output from an amplifier. Assuming that only one of of the Kicker 200.4's four channels is...

Here's the recap of what I ended up with:
1) "delete" subwoofer was undeleted with Fusion amp (from eBay; $40) and 6.5-inch Kicker 48CWRT674 (from Crutchfield; $102)
2) Rear pods - I had an ambition of putting 6-inch component speakers to existing factory 4-inch...
So, if I want to install a component speaker with separate woofer, tweeter and crossover, I can just take the 1/4 wires going to the kick panel and feed them to the crossover input and take the crossover's woofer output to kick panel and run the crossover's tweeter output wire to dash to feed...
For my dash cam where it has two separate power wires - one for driving (on when car is on) and one for parking (direct battery) - I used #35 for the driving and #25 for the parking.
I got micro2 fuse tap from amazon.
Picked it up yesterday at the dealer. It looks more beautiful in person. Now it's time to hit the road for 1000mi road trip back to California.
On a side note, I was not aware of the "rebate" for 2021 reservation and hoped I would get the price protection from the original reservation. Luckily...
Dealer called me today and said it is ready for pickup. Will fly to Oregon this weekend to pick it up - had to move to California while waiting for the truck.
