Part of me also wonders if its due to a near imperceivable gap between the the mid pipe and the exhaust when I put it on.
No matter how much I cranked down on the OEM mid pipe clamp, the flowmaster inlet could still ever so slightly be pulled out, almost as though the diameter was a bit small...
I put an axle-back exhaust in last year (Flowmaster FlowFX) and think it's finally time to go back to OEM, the drone is too much.
Anything under 2k rpm is pretty overwhelming, and as a lifelong short shifter, I've had to adjust my shifting times to work around it a bit.
Not sure if I want to...
This is what I was looking for. Ive seen both 9 and 63 being used in other threads. I asked RPM a few days ago for suggestions and just havent heard back yet
An add a tap was already on the harness from RPM when it came in, thats whats in the photo and wont fit due to the housing. Unless im utterly clueless.
I honestly assumed thats how these were going to work when I ordered the grille, when I saw it just gets its own fuse I was a little confused. I guess I could just splice in to my fog lights that come on with my headlights... 🤔
Finally got around to installing a new grille that has three lights on it, but I'm a little confused about what to do with the fuse.
It calls to use #25.
1) that spot is already taken by a 10A (middle row, second in from the left).
2) even when I remove that fuse, this supplied fuse assembly...
I recently replaced my stock muffler with the Flowmaster FlowFX axle-back (two door manual 2.3). Where the muffler goes into the mid-pipe is fairly loose, even with the stock clamp fully tightened. I could pull it out with no issues, and I think its creating a bit of cabin drone. I believe the...
I had something very similar to this at like 10 miles on my new 2023, ended up being the entire engine wiring harness that needed replaced. Took a good month for Ford to figure out.
Am I rude for not waving back to other Bronco owners? To me, this has always been a Jeep thing, let them have it we're not them.
Also, every once in a while I get a wave from an actual Jeep which is hysterical to me.
So I stumbled across a hardtop today where the front panels were removed and mounted to the top of the rear roof. I wanted to get a closer look but wasn't able to. Cant find anything like this online, but it looks like maybe a modified version of the Broaddict half rack below. Anyone else ever...
Broaddict also makes a set for $400 (which is much cheaper than the $750 through Ford). My train of thought was if I mess them up enough ill just buy those. But clearly would like to avoid it.
As soon as you said Latrobe I knew you were a Western PAer. Grew up out that way a little north of Pittsburgh. Currently south central. Much slower pace out here haha.
For $200 for all five yeah Id jump on that too, my quotes out here were far more. And Id have to go a day or two without having them installed and driving around, which is fine just doesnt sit right.
