Follow up for those who may have followed this thread:
I finally got the Bronco fixed after a lot of complaining and headaches. I think the fault lied with both the dealership AND Ford itself.
The delay, and unresponsiveness, and overall bad experience made me decide to sell the vehicle before...
My dealership has been OK in the past, so I really feel the problem lies with Ford.
Is Ford's main office always so cr*ppy?
Anyway, I'm doing my best to make a stink with the dealership/Ford, and social media.
This kind of service is unacceptable.
