@LethalPerformance any advice for us experiencing issues with our ProCal? I tagged you in another thread regarding service issues with FP/FR when updates are made and the stock & tune files get deleted. Relevant to the rest of the Bronco community who are buying these.
@LethalPerformance - your posts helped convince me to buy a ProCal, for my first Bronco, a few years ago. Any advice from a vendorās perspective on getting these issues resolved? Maybe you could pass on to FP that this is bullshit and nobody is going buy their products with the lack of support...
Has anyone been able to contact Ford Performance support for their ProCal issues recently?
I had the firmware update/tune delete happen to me and Iāve been trying to get my files restored since Nov ā25. After weeks of back and forth calls and emails in which I was told to unplug/plug the device...
Sorry for the late reply. Yes, my dealership repainted them for me and doubled up on the washers underneath so it wouldnāt rub again. Unfortunate they still have this issue on the 2025s. But everything was covered under warranty.
Itās right under the front side vents - the gap outside the fender flare. If you zoom in on my picture you can see it.
As a fix, the dealership installed another set of washers and repainted the areas.
@Spidartanks Any updates on this? I have the exact same issue and it goes away when I unlatch it like you did. I have a theory of whatās causing it but wanted to check with you first. I might also add that I tried the Krytok grease and wire shrink wrap with no success.
Selling OEM 17x8 wheels that I took off my 2022 Badlands Bronco after about 500 miles. Comes with five wheels only and no tires. Will only sell as a set.
Update on thisā¦looks like this an issue on BRaptors with painted fender flares on the 24 MY. My dealership looked at others and they have the same issue.
Would anticipate a recall or TSB to be forthcoming.
I agree with your overall sentiment but when youāre paying in the Mercedes and BMW range for a Ford vehicle, there is a certain level of quality you expect. With that being said, I think my BRaptor is an amazing machine and Ford Performance got it right, in my opinion.
Iām a bit late on this reply but glad the dealership took care of the bolt for you. Iām in a similar situation with paint damage on my new BRaptorās fender flares. Looks like it was missed during the PDI.
The American automotive industry needs to revisit Lean Six Sigma as a means to improve...
Traded in my 2-door Badlands for a BRaptor and no longer need these.
Purchased from another member here in May and never got a chance to use.
Selling for $400 and would prefer to deal locally but would consider shipping too.
PM me if interested.
Hi Everyone,
Iāve had my Braptor for about 3-weeks and just noticed this on the driver and passenger side fender flares when I detailed it last week.
Has anyone else seen this before? It almost looks like the plastic fender flare rubbed against the metal and scraped paint.
I took it to my...
For some reason the DLCM upgraded even though I have a stock Badlands. Do I have to go back to the stock tune and repeat the performance tune?
The device info says I have : DLCM: MB3A-14G576-AM
āUpdate to thisā Did some sleuthing and found that the 2022 Badlands has the M210 FDU. So I guess Iām...
Canāt believe Iām going on a year of owning my Bronco and I still havenāt had this grinding issue resolved. Back in March ā23, the dealership/Groove Ford said it would be weeks before it was looked at and they would have to wait additional time for parts. Iām taking it back this Friday and...
Iām also having this issue which occurs when itās started up in the morning, while itās cold. After warming it up for a few minutes, it goes away.
Today, I scheduled an appointment with my dealer to get it checked out since there is a TSB and may be damaging something. Iām hoping it can be...
