Was there ever an update on this air leak? I have the same issue which seems the same troubleshooting. Gaskets replaced twice and the dealership just said that it's turbulance and 4 doors also have the leak.

I feel your pain. My Bronco has had the same exact paint issue. Dealer fixed the problem once, but it has happened again. Now have to wait a month to get it back in. Seems to be a bigger problem. Possibly a sealing gasket that is too small? Idk? Good luck with getting it all repaired
