This is rediculous and frustrating. Is it really that hard for a manufacturer to conclusively figure out why my bronco with only 3000 miles and is on a second transmission already cant be fixed. and whats worse if true that the new ab transmission does not have the fixed syncros installed why...

I have the upgraded ab transmission it was installed back in April and had been noise free until the last night when the temps dropped below 45 and it was started up in my garage and I could hear the all too familiar sounds of grinding return

yep just started it up and im sad to report my the grinding noise has also returned for me. Its been dead quiet since april when the new transmission was put in untill tonight. not sure where we go from here..

just got home to pa its about 36 out and the car has been in the garage all weekend ill start it up and see if its making the grinding noise while warming up.

Is your noise audible when cold and just warming up or while driving and coming to a stop? Thats dissapointing to hear ive been away visiting family in sc for the last week ill check tomorrow when i get back but the initial reports about the noise coming back with the replaced ab transmissions...

Did you have the updated synchro rings or the new updated transmission installed? or are you just noting that your original transmission is acting up again due to the colder weather coming back
