  1. Phone getting too hot (Not)?

Happens to me too with my iPhone 13 Pro. First off all, the charging is iffy at best. I do have a case on my phone but it is a very thin case. When charging IS working and I’m on a long road trip my phone will heat up to the point where it will give me a “too hot” warning and will shut off. Not...
  2. Bouncy Hood at Highway Speeds

I have driven at 80mph+ and did not experience your problem. BUT, I did notice that the bump-stops on my Bronco are not tightened down. Mine are loose. I plan to find a way to tighten them to keep them from rotating. Anyone else seen this? Or did the factory forget a part on my Bronco that...
  3. 2024 Bronco Equipment Install Guide [Official]

Always great to see posts like this. Really appreciate the technical info.
  4. MXT575 Under Center Counsel Install?

I installed mine UNDER the center console as shown in this great video: https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...h-super-clean-gmrs-radio-install-contd.43847/ ...therefore it takes up no room anywhere in the car. Wired its power input to AUX 6 switch. I used a round CAT6 jack...
  5. Lowest tire pressure you are willing to run offroad (without bead locks)

Mike, Thanks for pulling this data together. I was airing-down to 20 out of extreme caution, but now I'll feel very comfortable going down to 15. I do this for comfort only (i.e., the wife). I don't off-road anywhere where the added traction would be of any value. Most interesting that NO ONE...
  6. Seatbelt Buckle Retention Clip Recall, Removal Tool

Great idea! My seatbelt is fine as it is. I really don't want Ford messing with it.
  7. Anyone try this $19 light bar from Menards

I believe you meant to say "Nilight".
  8. Compressor questions - pressure switch, tank locations

Agree with MJ12. I also have an ARB dual without a tank/manifold. There is no need for a tank unless you are running air-lockers. Also, no need for the extra expense of an under-hood switch if you have AUX switches. Simply wire the compressor up to one of those switches.
  9. Anyone have pinout for the connector on the back of the mirror?

This is why I follow these topics! I have been planning to install a dashcam and HATE dangling wires. My thought was to tap off a wire to the mirror but I was unsure of the details of how to best do that. Now I don't have to think about it anymore. What a great solution. Not sure how you found...
  10. paint imperfections and interior plastic not fitting

My Bronco came with a similar paint imperfection from the factory on the driver's door. Sorry I don't have a photo. My salesman pointed it out to me before I even saw it. During the closing, they ran the car over to a local body shop to get an estimate. I left with the car and a week later the...
  11. Seconds thoughts (remorse) about my Badlands

The same with Jeeps...90% are never used to their fullest potential. I have a neighbor who bought a Rubicon and refuses to take it off-road for fear of it getting dirty.
  12. Bronco Beginning, wish I could see the video...

I have the same issue. Perhaps Ford needs to fire someone in their Marketing department.
