we have designed it so that the speedometer needle does not need to be removed and will be accurate.

Sorry to hear that, a tech is to respond to those questions . New vehicles work fully on electronic impulses and both the digital and analog dials work on signal so your theory would not work. For items like change of wheel size etc. you would require a tuning tool to recalibrate the signal.

Yes that will work, you send a pic and i will confirm . Basically the pointer is on the very bottom of the 0 tic. You can actually remove and replace face without lifting pointer and just confirm placement
