  1. is it worth trading up to the raptor?

You have to make up your own mind. I had a well-equipped 2-door OBX, traded that for a well-equipped 4-door Wildtrack due to needing more room for grandkids and such (was actually supposed to be a Heritage LE, but the dealer sold that one out from under us). I absolutely loved both of those...
  2. Christmas In July: 203 Broncos gather on St Augustine Beach, Florida

My friend and our wives drove over from the Destin area. It was a fun time for a great cause.
  3. Goodbye Bronco…

I've said "goodbye" to my Bronco too. Twice! LOL Neither time was it for a downgrade. Loved my 2-door OB, loved my 4-door WT, maybe more, but I think the Raptor will stick around for a while.
  4. Water in Oracle Fog Light - Triple Fog Lights

Same for me. 3 of the 6 have condensation in them. Only been on about 2 months. No offroading and we were having drought conditions until about 2 weeks ago. I'm not positive, but I think the first couple fogged up without ever seeing any rain, let alone a mudhole. Not happy about spending close...
  5. Auto Start Stop eliminator

A better option, in my opinion anyway. Cost more than the Amazon offering but is American made and works flawlessly. Allows you to turn it off or on and it remains that way until you change it. https://www.autostopeliminator.com/collections/ford/products/2021-ford-bronco-autostop-eliminator
  6. HOT PEPPER RED Bronco Club

Traded my 2-door OB in Cyber Orange for this beauty because the wife fell in love with it. Now she's searching for a Heritage Limited. She caught the bug.
  7. The tri-coat (Azure Gray Metallic) that costs almost a grand to add to the Bronco. . .

Similar? Maybe a little. Same? Not even close. Though I did see an AGM Wildtrack today and it's an awesome color. I may be a bit biased though. That's also the color on my new F-350 Tremor.
  8. What type of gas are you putting in your bronco?

A stock 2.7 will run fine on 87, a little better on 89, but probably not enough to justify the cost. Anything over that is not necessary, unless you adjust the tuning for it. I have the JB4 tuner and run 92 or 93 on Level 2. I am also averaging about 21 mpg. I'm not saying that higher octane is...
  9. Fuel Mileage - Display versus Calculated?

I use Fuelly and the calculated mileage is usually within 1 mpg. Probably about 0.5-0.6 on average. Below is a screen capture of what Fuelly says my average mileage is since I bought the truck. It's much better now that it's broken in (13k miles) and the JB4 tuner. I run premium.
  10. Bronco Trail App review. Here's my take! Ugh!

I haven't really tried it out yet, but I had no real issues with connectivity on AA. I think it's a little crazy that it won't go full screen and even in the split screen you get two maps instead of the app and maybe the music selection. Like I said, haven't messed with it much, but didn't have...
  11. Android Auto Coolwalk w/ Full Split Screen (Public Stable Release) Now Working in Bronco!

Coolwalk is a SERVER SIDE switch. Sideloading different versions of AA isn't going to get it for you any faster. Google will enable it for you when they're ready. There is nothing you can do to speed that up unless you know someone high up in Google management. Even then you're at their mercy.
  12. Did anyone else get software update 3.5.3 this week? My CarPlay doesn't connect anymore...

I got 3.5.3 a couple of days ago. No issues that I've noticed. I use AA not Carplay so can't help much with that, but connecting my AA want a problem. Pretty much like the update never happened.
  13. Bronco Team 2 door.

I joined the 2 door club about a month and a half ago. Waited approximately 2 hours for it. Most of that was filling out the paperwork and the typical dealership BS. I may have paid a tad bit more (trust me, it was just a tad) than those of you that waited on your orders, but I'm pretty happy...
  14. Android Auto Coolwalk w/ Full Split Screen (Public Stable Release) Now Working in Bronco!

I got 3.5.3 overnight. Pretty anticlimactic without the coolwalk update. The dual phone thing may come in handy though.
  15. Android Auto Coolwalk w/ Full Split Screen (Public Stable Release) Now Working in Bronco!

That's a bummer. I use Waze as well, but have noticed it is subject to glitches. Especially when AA gets updated. Usually though, they'll push a Waze update shortly after. Google owns both anyway.
  16. Android Auto Coolwalk w/ Full Split Screen (Public Stable Release) Now Working in Bronco!

For those that care. The AA version you're running is of little consequence to whether you get the "Coolwalk" update or not. It's a server side switch that Google will send to your device when they feel like it. Sideload all the versions you want to, it will not get you Coolwalk any faster. As...
  17. Ford Power-Up 3.5.3 is Rolling Out

Here it is over a month later and I just received Powerup 3.5.2 last night. Can't tell it changed a thing. It does say in the "What's in this Update?" portion that "This particular update will set you up for future ones to come." What? Why? Not a big deal to me, but these updates seem very...
