Auto Hi-Beams is standard on my '21 BL.

I don't want to pay that hefty price either... So I did a little research. I was able to track down a used APIM on EBay for about $400 from a salvaged 21' Bronco. I verified via google the VIN to make sure it was a 12" screen. Now I can buy that CARABC kit and with a little help of FORScan too...
