Wanted to update this thread now that my issue has been fixed. Took it to my local Ford dealership and it seemed as if they were going to replace the clip only. Come to find out after moving this up the ladder within Ford they ended up replacing the entire window under warranty.

Yeah I've called my local dealership and they're having to run this past this Ford engineering team. Apparently this week they've had 2 customers with this issue.

Appreciate the info @flip! Is there any documentation on how this is replaced though? The clip seems to be sown into the strap that is attached to the window.

Was riding with the top down and when I went to put it back up realized I had a broken window clip. Can this be replaced or would a replacement window have to be purchased?
