Hi, thanks for response. Yes the service director is involved. My noise is similar but at 50mph and above. I am not allowed in service area too much liability here in CA. I have sent them tons of information and they just dismiss it. Unbelievable

How did you finally get them to replace front diff? my dealer wont even acknowledge it could be issue(they think it is suspension when it is rotational noise). I have almost exact same build.

Hi Yes exactly, I think that is what my problem is too. I showed them to "service tech" and he just looked at me mystified and said "that is a different type of noise".

That is something I will check did not think of looking there I did spin wheel to see if rotor binding, but did not check the shield. Thanks for response and idea
