My 22’ Big Bend, 2.7 has 83,398 miles currently. Just recently had the pro cal tune installed. Over the past 4 years or so, the 2.7 has required transmission maintenance (evidence of metal shavings), cam phaser replaced, timing chain replaced, routine oil changes and filters of course...

I have the same noise. Dealership says it’s the ABS activating. I do have a 3.5” lift kit on mine.

Did Ford ever respond to you in regards to noise?

Hello FMC. I’m experiencing the same noise. The tech at my dealership (Fullerton Ford) think it’s the ABS module actuating but the noise still occurred without traction control on. It’s a clunky noise when making a left U-Turn. My vin # is 1MFDE5AP6NLA76349. Video attached. Thank You.

My dealership said it’s normal due to weight distribution when making a U Turn over bumps or downhill U Turn. They are ordering a clock spring part to try remedy but it’s on back order. This noise is not a normal noise for new vehicle with 19K miles.
