I originally thought it was the cam phasers too. But they just replaced them 1k miles ago. Not saying it couldn’t be them again, but the sound hasn’t improved at all.

Anyone else’s Bronco make this rattling noise when revving the engine? Happens also during acceleration. Took it in multiple times to two different dealers and “could not replicate”. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks!

I was going for a Sunday coffee cruise and head a loud bang from the glove compartment. Opened the glove compartment and found my tweeter dangling. I also found this housing retainer camp with the locking clips broken off. I am sure this is due to negligence from my aftermarket speaker...

Yes. No aftermarket upgrades were done in this area. It was deemed it rolled off the manufacturing floor like this. Covered fully by manufacturing warranty.

They ended up replacing the fuse box.. when removing the fuse box they found a damaged wire for the emissions system. This caused unburnt fuel to be dumped into the catalytic converters. After they installed the new wire, bank 1 & bank 2 catalytic converters needed to be replaced.

My Bronco started stalling while driving in Aug 2023. The dealership had the vehicle for 79 days and found the catalytic converter was melted they claimed the issue was caused by an electrical connection not connected properly from manufacturing. My vehicle is back in service with the same issue...

Congrats, at least that’s a step forward in the right direction. I’ve been “in production” status since 9/12. Chat told me last night that it could be another month until my bronco is in built status.

Mods popped on 9/12 and have been "In production" since then. Blend date was 9/9. I live 2 hours away from MAP and chat keeps saying my bronco has been "produced" and awaiting shipping with 9/24 ETA. Safe to assume I'm on a "chip hold"?
