Had a drag car I put back on the street with a rattle can paint job, everybody wanted me to paint it professionally, I said no because it looked damn good at 90+mph.

A full set of 4 would be appropriate, but if your only going to warrant the backs then a complete replacement of them would need to have dampening to try and match how the fronts perform Unless they bless you with another set of Bananas.
Mine look the same as well but I don't think it's weeping, it's on all four front and back which leads me to believe it's probably road grime collecting on the silicone they surrounded the welds after painting.
