I have the hard top with the skyrider. Like the convenance of the skyrider don’t have to haul roof panels around with me. Keep them in the bags in garage. Skyrider is definitely noisier. Takes about 30 minutes to install or remove skyrider.

I was concerned with this also. Installer said no worries. A lot of new cars are like that now. I’ve had no issues and it’s been on there for almost a year.

I would not do it yourself. The tint you get from an auto parts store is not as good of quality as what a professional can get. I have tried it myself multiple times. The results are never as good as a professionals. That’s at least my opinion.
