And on the '22 BigBend, it was most certainly there. From a cost perspective, I don't understand why Ford would make that change in the core harness based on LED or Halogen taillights, but it wouldn't be the first questionable change Ford has made.

This is not correct. As mentioned in my post, I replaced the taillight to body harnesses on each side and the Amber signal light worked properly, so the wire is there part of the way. The issue was with current draw. I attempted a few different settings with Forscan and I tried load resistors...
