Just got the Ford ProCal tune installed at my local dealership (July 8th 2025). I got the tuner from Lethal Performance on a sale. My Auto Start Stop remembers it's state now. This is on a 23 2dr Outer Banks Lux 2.7.
i am having the issue of weeping fluid at the rear studs. What bolts did you use - any specs or part numbers?

Yeah, i honestly don’t remember the exact value anymore. I know we set the torque wrench to what was specified in the included instructions and a bolt broke. After it broke we checked everything to make sure nothing was set wrong, then followed the service manual.
Yes, I believe it’s 25ft lbs (i don’t have the instructions anymore, and we did the work a couple months ago). We reused the original bolts, and the service manual’s torque and angle specs after it broke.
I am planning to get the stainless zinc plated ones recommended in this thread.
Rear tail light crack.
I was washing my Bronco the other day and noticed water intrusion in my rear passenger tail light. I noticed a crack on the top of the light. I stopped at my dealer today and they wouldn’t even submit it to ford warranty. To me it doesn’t look like anything hit the light...
Did the front diff, transfer case, rear diff (added the ford performance cover), and the transmission fluid (added the ppe deep pan - changed the gasket and filter as well) at basically 17k miles.

I see that they sell brackets for aftermarket hoods. Basically requires drilling a couple holes and some rivets. Has anyone done that? Should that cause any issues, or would I be smarter to get the MRT ones?
Has anyone used the Redline tuning hood struts with an ADV fiberglass hood? Any issues? How did you mount it?

I have a single email from Ford, confirming my order. That's all I've received from Ford. I did call Ford like 4 months ago, and at that time my order was correct but still in processing.
Yeah, but now I feel like I'm getting the run-around. They asked me what my reservation number (which I dont have) was, which I thought was a thing from 2020 when you ordered back then and converted. I went into the dealership the last week of November 2021 to order.
