The stated ship date was 12/22, with an ETA between 1/3 and 1/9. But I did not track the railcar the whole way. I only got the railcar number today after my dealer called to say it looked like the Bronco never got unloaded and the train was back on its way to Michigan. After that, I called Union...
My dealer and then just a few minutes ago Ford chat gave me that same rail car number. I'm not aware of being on a chip hold. How would I be able to tell that? I received the email saying it had shipped and with an ETA. And it's shown as shipped in the Ford vehicle tracker for 2-3 weeks.
Thanks for the response. Now I'm being told that one system shows the Bronco still in Michigan. That must be VINVIEW. Dealer says that it probably wasn't ever loaded at MAP, so that's why my railcar shows as empty. Getting in touch with marketing or the chat is the next task. I'm hoping there is...
Kind of a dumb question, but can anyone confirm that if the Union Pacific trace system says a railcar is "Empty, Released to Industry," that means it's been delivered at its dropoff location? Today my dealer called me to say that after sitting in the railyard in town for a few days, my hardtop...
Beautiful ride! And the steps look great. Can you share the overall width of the step? I've only been able to find the width of the plate area. I'm trying to decide between the DSS and the D6. Thinking the D6 may be a little wide, but want to be sure the DSS gives enough step surface. Thanks!
Looks great! Would you mind sharing a couple other angles showing the steps? I'm considering the D6 steps and am curious how they look from the side view. Also haven't been able to find what the total width of the D6 is.
Installed my spear kit today. Thanks to the Underground Graphics team for some great customer service, and for setting me up with the pinstripe variation.
