    Yessir stock gearing. I have no issues. and I will run it till it breaks,( if it breaks) then I will upgrade it.

    My 37s are D loads so may not answer your question 100%. I Guess somebody had to be the first to attempt 37s on the base model 2.3. Around town I drive regular mode/ sometimes eco. The MPG on the dash says 16.7, My JL wrangler on 37s the dash averaged 16-16.5. On the highway regular is fine...
