  1. Anyone keeping their Bronco completely stock? No mods at all?

Dealer had already done it. I bought mine used with a few thousand miles on it. šŸ˜‰
  2. Seconds thoughts (remorse) about my Badlands

I’ve been following the Bronco since they first announced its comeback. I also knew darn well there’s be no off-roading in my future because it’s just not my thing. I didn’t care—I haven’t seen a vehicle I’ve loved the looks of since ever. (Everything I like was produced before I was born.) I...
  3. 2dr vs 4dr back seat

If your only passengers for the back seat will be canines, the 2 door is great! Like someone else said, we took out the back seats, made a cheap and easy platform so it was level for the big dogs, and it’s been great.
  4. Is Your Current Bronco Your “Forever One”?

My plan is to keep it forever. It's currently my daily driver, but I love it. I'll retire her to weekends and summer driving once the extended warranty is out, but as long as we can keep her running (I foresee a non-digital dash in the distant future lol), she'll be my classic car eventually!
  5. Wait is over, “The eagle has landed”.

Glad you finally got her and that it was worth the wait. :)
  6. Been caught in the rain yet with top off?

My dad had a 68 Corvette convertible and always said if the rain is getting you wet, you aren’t going fast enough. :)
  7. Anyone keeping their Bronco completely stock? No mods at all?

Mine is a pavement princess, so no serious mods for me. I’ve got a two inch lift and did a rear seat delete, but other than that just seat covers (dog hair protection), floor mats, and a spare tire cover.
  8. Grumpster Bronco took Overall Best of Show

Loved reading about how you do this with your dad. My dad had a 68 Corvette and when he passed years ago I started showing the car as a way to keep his memory alive. Your post brought back some great memories for me. Glad to see you guys are making your own too. And beautiful build!
  9. Rear Seat Delete, DIY Platform 2-Door

I've had your post bookmarked literally for years now...and now I have my Bronco! One more question for you (I didn't see it in any of the comments): what thickness plywood did you use?
  10. Best setup for a dog passenger side or in the cargo space

Where did you get those steps? They look sturdy enough for our big boys.
  11. Missouri 2 door twill soft top, 900$

Still available by chance? I’m in Illinois and have a truck, despite Tricky Dick’s set up.
  12. Dog approved bronco steps, stairs, ramps, carriers

Thanks for the recommendation. We almost always have a senior dog in the mix who’ll need this.
  13. 2023MY Bronco Dealer Playbook released for reservation conversion, carry-over orders, COVP, price protection, Heritage Edition, allocations, dates

So, for those of crazy enough to have watched all this go down and STILL want to place an order, no dates for when that will open yet, correct? September 21 shows as order banks opening for dealer stock only…but I imagine they’ll truly only do dealer stock because they can tack on ADM. Just...
  14. Long time lurker in Central Illinois

Thanks! We went there last night to test drive and talk about ordering. Sales guy was super knowledgeable compared to a guy at another dealership. I want someone who shares the crazy.
  15. Long time lurker in Central Illinois

Completely accurate, but happy to join the crowd. :ROFLMAO:
  16. Long time lurker in Central Illinois

Awesome! I’m not seeing too many in the Peoria area yet. I’m in it for the long haul. :D I’m thinking about going with Heller in El Paso. Who did you use, if you don’t mind me asking?
  17. Long time lurker in Central Illinois

That’s another reason I love the forums. Y’all have prepared me well for that. :ROFLMAO: I’m not in a hurry. And thanks!
