I have 285/70/17 KO2's and 15 seems to work pretty well for me. I usually air down to 12 and let it come up to 15 as I drive. Airing down and undoing the swaybar is as much about comfort for my passenger and myself as it is about the traction benefits.
I agree with R1Bronco, ACfab sway bar disconnect. The Bronco didn't seem to mind being on 3 wheels but I sure like it staying on all 4. Way smoother on a typical dirt road and if you start crawling over stuff huge difference with the bar disconnected.
