Do any dealers actually put vehicles on a hoist and check various fastener torques as part of PDI any more? Beyond maybe lug nuts, I’d be surprised much else gets checked. Remove the plastic, check the oil, wash it and send it out the door.

Just FYI, every fuel injected Ford going back to the late 80’s will not start if your foot is holding the throttle pedal to the floor during crank; this isn’t new to the Bronco.

I believe the seats are in-line vehicle sequenced at the supplier so this is most likely a mis-queue on their end…Ford will hit them up for a corrective action and a nice charge back. As someone else mentioned, it would be hard to tell the difference with the plastic on the seats at the plant.
